1. How much time do I have to return or exchange an item?

Items purchased on this site or affiliate sites All sales are final.  However, an item may be exchanged for equaled valued item by mail within 7 days of receiving them. (This only applies to items sold and shipped by Shabba-Doo.com. It does not apply to Marketplace items. For items sold by a Marketplace Retailer)

2. Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?

An item must be returned in the original packaging. We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase for this reason.

3. Can I get my shipping cost refunded?

If there’s an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping. (This  does not apply to Marketplace items.)

4. I’ve returned my item by mail. When will I get my refund?

We do not not offer any refunds however we will  replace your damaged item after we receive the original item. The process takes 3-4 weeks in most cases.
